Protect You, I Will

Whisper to me,
Interrupt my vision,
In euphoria,
Emotional trance,
A heart’s utopia,
Hands wrap around,
Bodies buried within,
Harmonious collisions,
Self-portrait unmasked,
Bloodshot eyes,
Ragged clothes,
Wounded mind,
Scarred knuckles,
Fading into loud sirens,
Shadows gathering,
Few coming into focus,
Gravity seems powerful,
Time is out of reach,
Hopelessness conceived,
Soldier resurrected.

Memoirs of Bones

I lay flat on a mossy graveyard,
A majestic hall once upon a time,
And I await my resurrection to
Introduce a new age for the pirates,
Alas, the white rounded piece of
My elbow has itched for eternity,
The hollow area in my skull brought
Me chills over my body – dead body,
And sometimes it whistles loudly
To attract a creature’s attention,
Yet, only lizards and weird insects
Creep nearby, alas, no humans!
If I was fortunate to meet a mage:
Like a famous person in the old age
That was able to track the hidden
Golden charm under my ilium,
But that is a big enraging IF that
Effed me with delusional hopes
For a couple of mossy centuries,
And it’s itchy! – just go away –
Ah, look at the clock, it’s tea time!

My Twin

This angel that I’m inscribing letters to
Has placed many lovely prints on my
Final magical days in the lands of Gael,
We met a while ago but the exhausting
Spin of this world has put the gravity
On our shoulders to never meet again,
Except recently where we discovered
The popularity of (in chorus) corazón,
After which we began sharing melodic
Remedies for the mind, body, and soul,
This angel is now my twin who explores
With me dimensions of ecstatic dances,
And we start our sentences with laughs,
And we randomly end it with even more.

Mirrors in my Inner Core

I shall find my mirroring windows,
And glance outside my inner core,
The balcony doors will be opened,
And I shall invite her to a nice play,
A performance about my dance,
Perfected by her long crimson dress,
Elegance mirrored in her glorious
Eyes that only stares at my dance,
Which was choreographed for her
Soft ruby lips and her winged hands,
Fly higher than the closing curtains,
Pluck out your lilies and my roses,
And disperse them around us like
A circle where we can dance under
This starry night reflected through
Those mirroring windows, and so,
Allow me to grab your adventurous
Body and commence another dance.

O Heart

O heart!
O the beast to my tears!
Cease your playful habits that
Produce chains of burning pain.
She likes me, but loves me not,
And so, I am fit for no one.

O heart!
O the drumming sound of agony!
Release your strangling hands
From my limbs of instability.
She moves away as
I free my hugging arms.

O heart!
O the demise of this aching body!
Fire your heat away from
My delusional mind.
She eyes another as I release
One final kiss to her cheeks.

O heart!
O crimson flower of autumn’s death!
Fall into an abyss below
My musically run feet.
She is the carved beauty of an angel,
And I am never that.

O it hurts!

Captured Moments

A familiar face and a familiar body,
And another, a friend with another,
A moment captured like his camera,
Like at the park or this sunny arch,
Another moment of beautiful breeze,
Awaiting for the yearned reunion,
My eyes sitting on a flight of stairs,
And I blink while he produced a portfolio,
The one with another for a gallery,
And I blink with the rushing of the river,
Background noises and pigeon visits,
The dog of the homeless almost lost,
The dance of the seagulls up above,
Awaiting for the yearned reunion,
And I blink at the lady with the violin,
Solo on the cobblestones near the arch,
Random kid running away from her father,
Her contagious smile spreads all around,
And my buddy arrives followed by the others,
Many moments captured with a blink of an eye.
