A Heart’s Ink

Your heart’s ink drew a vast ocean,
Fierce waves crashing with each beat,
And I know that the others will drown,
But with you, I can forever breathe,
Looking at your face, at your pure eyes,
Sheltered beneath your concealed curves,
The elegance of your hidden beauty,
Unbeknown to you, raw feelings grow,
A constellation reflecting on your waters,
Twinkling your surroundings with glitters,
For a chance to explore your dreams,
Borrowing your heart’s ink,
To draw you a portrait,
So you may get to know me more.

?

Question mark,
A symbol of lost letters,
Void of emotions,
Exploring tones,
Thoughts fading,
Actions I sought,
Our connection – cut off,
Ceasing my search,
For a treasure,
And yet, to you,
I decided to be vulnerable,
The one who knew me – the most,
A past tense,
Unable to return to,
Like how a question
Delves into unnecessary lives,
The answers to which
Were not even sought,
Lost between these lines,
Alas, as far as I can be,
A change I cannot bear,
So, farewell as I resume my distance.

Exploring an Iron Lady

Let me sing this song for her dazzling eyes,
And draw musical notes to shape her smiles,
To hug her as we dance in a whole new world,
The dance is all from her imaginative creation,
And round each other’s curves we gently slide,
For she has choreographed her own beautiful life,
And it is reflecting her cute self and gorgeousness,
Her lovely soul I adore and her young heart, too.
