A page has turned from this book’s life,
Chapters after chapters,
Incessant experiences,
Riddling myself into many circumstances,
As if creating obstacles from the unknown,
But I was meant to continue living in this desert,
With patience as my only escape,
Awaiting and observing,
Now asking for a divine intervention ,
For a remedy to a struggling soul,
To alleviate the moans and cries,
To reverse an emotional roller coaster,
Difficulties endured,
Oxygen depleted,
And there –
At a distance –
A pouring cloud planting many oases,
Flowering many aromatic fragrances,
And I find her,
In hope that a day may come,
To share a moment,
Just a moment,
And there it was, a day, like today, like no other day,
Yet, the universe has slammed its judgmental mallet,
Shifting a paradigm to a different dimension,
I was turned away,
But I still see her from afar,
Wishing for a shooting star in this blue moon sky,
For another chance to share an infinite life.
